Refund Policy

Refund Policy (House-League/Recreational)

  • Outdoor
    • A $50 administration fee will be charged for all registration cancellations, except where the cancellation is due to ‘no age group’ or ‘no viable league’; in this case, the entire fee will be refunded
    • After April 30th, there will be a $100 administration fee applied
    • After the ‘Opening Day/Photo day event’ there will be no refund
    • No refund will be given if the reason given is due to team balancing, not assigned to a specific coach or due to car-pooling
    • It is at the discretion of the office manager to determine how the refund policy will be implemented and enforced

 

  • Indoor
    • A $50 administration fee will be charged for registration cancellation, except where the cancellation is due to ‘no age group’; in this case the entire fee will be refunded
    • Up to the end of October, a $75 administration fee will be charged
    • Up to the end of November, a $100 administration fee will be charged
    • No refund after the start of December
    • It is at the discretion of the office manager to determine how the refund policy will be implemented and enforced

 

Refund Policy (Competitive/Rep)

  • The amount of the refund, if any, is at the discretion of the rep team
  • It should be noted that the refund, if any, must consider expenses already paid, such as team and player registration fees, cost of equipment, uniforms, training incurred, tournaments attended etc
