Refund Policy
Refund Policy (House-League/Recreational)
- Outdoor
- A $50 administration fee will be charged for all registration cancellations, except where the cancellation is due to ‘no age group’ or ‘no viable league’; in this case, the entire fee will be refunded
- After April 30th, there will be a $100 administration fee applied
- After the ‘Opening Day/Photo day event’ there will be no refund
- No refund will be given if the reason given is due to team balancing, not assigned to a specific coach or due to car-pooling
- It is at the discretion of the office manager to determine how the refund policy will be implemented and enforced
- Indoor
- A $50 administration fee will be charged for registration cancellation, except where the cancellation is due to ‘no age group’; in this case the entire fee will be refunded
- Up to the end of October, a $75 administration fee will be charged
- Up to the end of November, a $100 administration fee will be charged
- No refund after the start of December
- It is at the discretion of the office manager to determine how the refund policy will be implemented and enforced.
Refund Policy (Competitive/Rep)
- The amount of the refund, if any, is at the discretion of the rep team
- It should be noted that the refund, if any, must consider expenses already paid, such as team and player registration fees, cost of equipment, uniforms, training incurred, tournaments attended etc
Injury-Related Refunds:
If a participant can no longer attend due to a physical injury, the following conditions apply:
- A refund request must be submitted within four weeks of the injury.
- A Physician’s note supporting the injury must accompany the refund request.
- A pro-rated refund will be issued for any remaining sessions starting from the time the refund request is sent to the Club Administrator, provided the Physician’s note supports it.
