The Responsible Coaching Movement (RCM) is a call to action for sport organizations, parents/guardians, and coaches to enact
responsible coaching across Canada – on and off the field. The three pillars of the RCM are: Background Screening, Ethics Training
and Rule of Two. The Rule of Two helps to ensure participants and coaches benefit fully from sport participation.
