Dear Sponsor:
Thank you for your past support to our youth through the Thornhill Soccer Club. We invite your contribution to our upcoming season.
The Thornhill Soccer Club is a non-profit organization, serving youth in the Thornhill community since 1973. We are run by volunteer management and coaches, people who are, most often, parents, family members and youth who have grown up playing soccer in Thornhill.
The Club’s success has been primarily due to the general financial support it receives from our much appreciated sponsors in the community. Your contribution buys a full uniform for each player (shorts, socks and team shirt with the sponsors name and/or logo), referee fees, user fees for fields, and coaches/player training and helps to offset costs of special events, such as “Opening Day” in June and “Cup Day” in September. You are invited to take part in any of our special events including the team pictures.
As a sponsor, you will receive advertisement throughout the soccer season on our website and team jerseys and will receive a team photo plaque as well as the pleasure of promoting soccer and youth fitness in our community.
In anticipation of your decision to sponsor a team (s), a Sponsorship Invoice is available on the website for the upcoming soccer season for completion and return. To ensure the team sweaters are printed properly, please complete the form in detail and include all necessary artwork.
To avoid disappointment, I ask that your completed form, along with your cheque, be returned by the end of March.
